I can only really echo what’s been written by pretty much everybody on this site. Bikram, Bimal, our guide Lakpa, and our porters Tenzi and Krishna treated us so well the whole way, from fielding our questions before we departed, to even helping me find gifts in Thamel a few days after we’d finished our hike when they had no obligation to do so. It’s clear the good folks at Apex love what they do and our experience was enriched because of it. They’ll be who I use when I return to Nepal for another trek, don’t even need to think twice about it.

We, a group of 7 (all ex colleaugues and friend), went for Everest Base Camp trek through AHTT… From the very beginning of picking us up from airport till our departure… Bimal and his wife took great care of us with great professionalism… You feel the care when we met with Bimal’s brother Vikram on trek (he was returning with a Norwegian senior citizen lady from EBC), who is also a partner in the company; and he offered us to give away his speakers and chargers to us so that we can reduce our headache of charging our phones and also have some good time on pur way up…
From responding whenever we required to giving regular updates to father (who was dying out of tension as his son went up to a deadly mountain) with a smily face… They did it all…
A strongly recommended tour organization if you ever visit Nepal for an adventure trip… I wish them all the best!

I got in touch with Bimal and Bikram in 2015 for a domestic flight and it all started from there. The following year, I did not have anyone to trek with so Bikram was nice enough to find another trekker wanted a company and we three did the Annapurna Circuit together. Bikram was helpful and just a delight to trek with. We shared lots of laughs and he helped out both of us a lot. He knew the trail very well so we took some shortcuts which is always good. When we did Everest-Gokyo that autumn, Bimal worked with us for over a month to finalise our trek. We had a lot of adjustments made to our plan. They were so patient and accommodating throughout. Both the brothers are very sweet and helpful. I always recommend anyone who ask me for trekking advice to get in touch with them. They’re the best!

My girlfriend and I booked an eight-day tour to Langtang with Apex Himalaya last year. From the outset Bimal and the rest of the team were extremely helpful. They gave us great advice on choosing the right kind of trek to suit our abilities and showed us which stores were the best for acquiring all the right gear before we set off.
Our guide, Bishal, made the trek a very special experience. He was extremely insightful on the walk, sharing lots of information about the different villages and the wildlife and was great at setting the pace, telling us when to take short breaks, eat snacks, rehydrate etc.
Also, my girlfriend suffered from altitude sickness a few days in as we got past 3000m. Bishal was patient, reassuring, and gave us great advice which allowed us both to continue walking and reach the final destination. It’s fair to say that without Bimal we probably would have had to descend.
All in all, we had a great time and would 100% recommend using Apex for your trip!
